The High Barn

High Barn is a stunning Grade II* listed medieval property, providing an imaginative combination of an historic timber-framed barn with state of the art facilities.

It is an all year round venue, with under-floor heating for those colder winter days. Refurbished to the highest standards, it provides a very attractive venue creating a unique and memorable ambience for your event.

High Barn is set in the beautiful village of Great Bardfield, offering your delegates a wonderful rural location.

Rooms

We can comfortably accommodate around 60 delegates in an informal arrangement, utilising circular tables, or up to 80 in a more traditional theatre style format.

For training or workshop sessions, the venue offers great flexibility and can be arranged to your specific requirements. Conversely, for smaller gatherings High Barn can also
offer an intimate and convivial setting.

In addition to the main barn, a smaller, self-contained meeting room with kitchenette is also available. Overlooking the countryside, with an outside decked area, this room will accommodate up to 10 delegates.

As well as the main barn and meeting room, we have syndicate rooms ideal for small groups.

Catering & Bar

Refreshments and light lunches through to formal dinners are arranged to suit your specific requirements.

We have a licenced bar with a good selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks.
