Tonight will feature three comedians, each doing a 30 minute set. These evenings will be compered by John Mann whoes sharp observation and wry wit mingled effortlessly with a gentle and confident rapport ensure that he is unfailingly funny.

Susan Murray has emerged as one of the best female stand-ups around. Susan is working nationally; Comedy Store, Jongleurs, Up The Creek, Banana Cabaret, Lee Hurst's Backyard and the Comedy Café.

David Ward is very much in demand, a friendly, upbeat comic with a cynicism that makes his comedy fluid and quick thinking with an original take on life.

Bennett Arron - humour that crosses between the paranoid angst of Max Boyce and the colloquial valley humour of Woody Allen.

The Floe are an Essex based quartet, a band of real substance, instinctive and compelling. Brimming with tales of love, heartache, longing and hope, The Floe's debut album is built on a solid foundation of delicate melodies, soaring vocals & passionate lyrics that melt the heart.

Bring your own instrument and join in this evening's acoustic sessions, all abilities welcome and feel free to play what ever acoustic genre of music you're into! Alternatively, just come and listen to the sessions. Although the evening begins at 8.30pm (doors at 7.30pm) feel free to come along at whatever time you wish. An artist who has received Ivor Novello, Grammy, BASCAP awards along with a flotilla of gold and platinum records, really needs very little introduction. Musical success is seldom measured in time spans of more than a few years, if not Andy Warhol's often quoted "fifteen minutes", so the fact that by the time Midge's single "If I Was" went to No1 in 1985 he had already crammed several musical lifetimes into a 10 year professional career speaks volumes - Slik, The Rich Kids, Thin Lizzy, Visage, Ultravox and of course the most famous one off group in musical history Band Aid had by then all had the guiding hand of his musical navigation.

He is both an accomplished musician, rated by many as one of Britain's greatest acoustic guitarists. He is an entertainer who many younger comedians claim as one of their major influences. Garry Bushell, in 'The Sunday People' listed Richard Digance as one of the 'Magnificent Seven of British Comedy' along with the likes of Tommy Cooper and Bob Monkhouse.
